In order to comply with the implementation of the "Preventive Testing Regulations for Power Safety Tools" issued by the State Power Corporation, our company has developed a mechanical performance testing machine for power safety tools based on years of experience in testing safety tools. The HZLLJ-D-30KN single piece tensile testing machine can complete the mechanical performance preventive test of all safety tools (safety belts, foot buckles, lifting plates, bamboo (wood) ladders, safety helmets) specified in the regulations.

This tensile testing machine consists of a vertical dual cylinder hydraulic platform, a safety helmet testing platform, and a control cabinet including a microcomputer measurement and control system. The tensile testing machine has a manual operation system and an automatic operation system. In the automatic operating system, the name of the safety tool can be directly selected for preventive testing through keyboard and human-machine dialogue, and parameters can be set for mechanical performance testing of other materials. All test parameters, operation prompts, and working diagrams are displayed on the LCD screen, and test reports that meet the requirements of the regulations can be printed.
